After calling about a dozen other repair shops in the area, which were all booked full for a week or more, Next Level got me in immediately, and my vehicle was serviced and out the door in a little more than an hour, which was more than perfect because I was in a bit of an emergency situation, having to catch a bus in New York the next day. A friendly crew awaited me, the price was very reasonable, and the service was excellent, and I will use their services for future auto needs in the area :-)

We had a brake line blow on our way home from vacation (about 5.5 hours from our destination)! Gerard was the only mechanic we found who was willing to squeeze us in on a Saturday and he was flexible with the timing to accommodate our tow. He was very informative and made us feel at ease on our way out that we received a quality part and quality service. I found Next Level Auto Center on the internet, I actually live in WV 250 miles away from them in PA, I needed help with my truck wiring and diagnostic on why my truck wouldn’t start, I talked with them on the phone and they reassured me they could help me get my truck running, so I hauled it on the 4hr and 30 min drive and in like 2 weeks they had it diagnosed and had it running, very nice people and they called me along the way to give me updates, I surely recommend them and would drive back to them, thanks NEXT LEVEL AUTO CENTER

I’ve been going to Next level auto for about a year since I couldn’t find any mechanics in the area who can properly service a BMW and I’ve gotten not only the best prices but the best work done, anytime something is broken Gerard breaks it down to me explaining what they worked on so I leave with education. My car is now running better than ever after they found this piece was broken that Bmw could not find ! Great people I’ve had my friends go and I hear nothing but good news.
